Vietnamese Bap Cai Chien Cuon Thit or Broiled Cabbage Rolls. Tender cabbage leaves filled with ground pork, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, garlic, shallots and seasoned with Vietnamese nuoc mam and black pepper.
