Roast turkey in the skin, tastes so good it’s a sin!
What to do with leftover Thanksgiving turkey? You make Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich, of course. Take a crusty baguette slathered with fresh made garlic-mayonnaise then stuff it with roast turkey, pickled carrots, cucumber and jalapeño slices. Add a cool drink and voila, your day after Thanksgiving lunch is ready!
