Fried Catfish From the River - Tastes So Good You'll Shiver!

Catch it, cook it and eat it! Freshly caught catfish fillets encrusted in cornmeal and lots of spices then pan-fried to a mouth-watering crispiness. Serve with homemade tartar sauce, steamed or fried cauliflower and a green salad for a knockout meal. Take me to the river!
