Bap Cai Nhoi Thit Sot Ca Chua - A tasty mix of ground pork, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, shallots and savory spices all rolled into cabbage leaves then braised in a spicy tomato sauce and served with jasmine rice. Simple and delicious just like mom used to make for rainy days in old Saigon.
