A Country Meal on the Mekong Delta
Vietnamese Ca-Ri Tom voi Rau - An earthy mix of prawns and fresh vegetables cooked in coconut milk flavored with lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallots and spices. Sprinkle with Asian basil and serve hot over jasmine rice.
