A Tex-Mex specialty - Turkey cutlets and Corn Salsa. Fresh turkey cutlets rubbed with a spicy mix of chili powder, garlic, salt, pepper, honey, Dijon mustard and lime juice. Pan-fried to a golden tenderness then topped with a fresh corn, sweet pepper and scallion salsa. Serve with home fries on the side.
