Shanghai Surprise

Shanghai Style Noodles and Roast Pork. Wok-crisped egg noodles and fresh vegetables seasoned with a combination of five spice powder, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, soy sauce then splashed with rice wine. Served here with a succulent Chinese-style roast pork tenderloin. A meal fit for the Chairman.
