A meal that delivers, by the steamy Mekong river!

For the perfect end to a late Spring afternoon try this simple but tasty dish of Vietnamese stir-fried noodles or Mien Xao Tom. Chewy, delicate mung bean noodles rapidly stir-fried with shrimp, shredded pork, carrots, oyster mushrooms and shallots and drenched in a tangy mango-tamarind sauce. Relax and enjoy!
