Nonna’s special treat with eggs, veggies and meat!

Take a snack break with this tasty Frittata di Vermicelli. An Italian omelet filled with prosciutto, vermicelli, sweet peppers, basil leaves, onions, garlic and panna da cucina then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and baked to a golden brown. It’s frittata time!
