Les Crevettes Etouffee - Louisiana Meets Paris on the Bayou!

A Bayou favorite - Shrimp Etouffee. Succulent shrimp sauteed in a tomato-shrimp broth and flavored with garlic, oregano and thyme. Serve hot over rice and everything gets nice!
