Classic French Country Cuisine

Cassoulet - The rustic French casserole made with a mix of pork, saucisses de Toulouse, bacon, duck confit, beans, tomatoes, spices and flavored with wine and bouquet garni. Topped off with seasoned bread crumbs and baked to a hearty golden brown. It might look like an ordinary stew but one taste of this rustic country dish is pure heaven - delicious served with baguette slices and a glass of French wine. Vive la France!
