Bring on the spice — these Spring Rolls are nice!

A classic dish from North Vietnam — Bun Nem Ran or Spring Roll Noodle Salad. Crispy fried little square parcels filled with a luscious mix of ground pork, crab meat, shiitake mushrooms, shallots and savory spices. Serve with rice vermicelli, lettuce, pickled carrots, roasted peanuts and a helping of sweet-spicy sauce for a cool refreshing meal on a lazy afternoon.
