Grandma’s frittata, we all ate it a lotta!

Frittata di Vermicelli — an open face Italian omelet made with eggs, prosciutto, vermicelli, sweet peppers, basil, onions, garlic and a splash of panna da cucina cream. Bake to a golden brown and serve with some wine and salad. It’s frittata time!
