Warm up your heart and home with a generous bowl of this delicious French country stew - Boeuf Bourguignon. Tender beef chunks mixed with mushrooms, shallots, garlic, bay leaves and thyme then slowly cooked in a rich beef broth and burgundy wine. Serve with a crusty baguette and don’t forget the wine.
