Crepes Made to Please From the Saigonese!

Take a ride on the healthy side with these tasty Vietnamese Sizzling Crepes or Banh Xeo. Thin crepes made of rice flour, coconut milk, beer and turmeric then filled with a savory mix of prawns, bean sprouts, mung beans and scallions all pan-fried to a golden crispness. Break off a piece of the crepe, top with some fresh herbs, wrap it in a piece of lettuce and dip into the spicy Vietnamese dipping sauce and enjoy. Lunch is on!
