Drive away Winter's chills (well, at least not this week in NYC!) with this tasty French country stew - Boeuf aux Carottes. Tender chunks of beef simmered in a rich red wine sauce with carrots, pearl onions, garlic, thyme and bay leaves. Enjoy with a glass of red wine or two accompanied with crusty baguette slices to sop up every last delicious drop.
