Another Bird to Feast Upon - Giving Thanks for Roast Capon!
It's that time of the year again so gather friends and relatives to share the season's bounty. For a different take on the traditional roast turkey, try these Vietnamese style roasted capon breasts covered in a heady mix of cinnamon, cloves, star anise, garlic and ginger.
