The Shogun's Specialty
Japan's take on fried pork - Tonkatsu! Pork cutlets battered in fluffy panko and fried to a golden crispiness. Dipped in a tangy homemade tonkatsu sauce and served with rice and shredded cabbage. Oishii Desu - Ichiban!
