A Cake for the Morning's Catch
Delicious fishcakes made with freshly caught seabass, eggs, chopped onions, garlic, panko then seasoned with salt and pepper and pan-fried to a crispy golden brown. Serve alone with a dollop of homemade tartar sauce or on a bun with pickles and onion slices. Your favorite fishburger!
