Adrift on the Mekong Delta

A Vietnamese summer favorite - Bun Cha Nuong. Slices of smoky grilled pork and ground pork patties all flavored with lemongrass, shallots, garlic and seasoned with Vietnamese fish sauce and black pepper. Serve with rice noodles, lettuce and fresh herbs for a cool refreshing meal on a steamy hot summer day.
