A Taste of India

Dip into a bowl of this sumptuous Indian style Roasted Coconut Chicken Curry. Strips of chicken breast with potatoes and onions braised in a coconut tomato sauce flavored with curry leaves, cinnamon, cloves, coriander and mustard seeds. Sprinkle with freshly chopped mint leaves and serve with rice and nan bread. The Maharajah's delight!
