Vietnamese Country Kitchen
Pho Bo Xao - Tender slices of beef marinated in fish sauce, garlic, lemongrass, turmeric then stir-fried with vegetables and rice noodles in a red curry-coconut milk sauce. Serve sprinkled with fresh mint, roasted peanuts and a cold glass of Vietnamese beer. Ngon qua la ngon!
