Fancy a Frittata?

Take a snack break with this Frittata di Vermicelli. A fanciful Italian omelette filled with vermicelli, broccoli rabe, bell peppers, onion, garlic and panna da cucina cream; then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and baked to a golden brown. It's Frittata time!
