Buon Appetito!



Neapolitan style Aubergine Timballi - Tenderly grilled aubergine slices wrapped round a savory filling of pasta, ground meat, smoked mozzarella and parmesan vegetables in a tomato-basil sauce. Bake it all to perfection then cut into wedges to be served with sprinkled parmesan cheese.
